Neuorise provides an Artificial Intelligence Powered Music Healing application designed to generate adaptive therapeutic music based on user inputs (such as mood questionnaires and physiological data).
2. Medical and Therapeutic Disclaimer (CRITICAL)
Neuorise is designed to assist in relaxation, anxiety management, and wellness, and to act as an auxiliary tool during psychological counseling or clinical processes. Neuorise is NOT a medical device, a licensed mental health service, or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing severe depression, suicidal thoughts, or any medical emergency, please seek immediate help from a qualified medical professional or crisis hotline. You acknowledge that your use of Neuorise is at your own risk.
3. User Accounts and Security
To access certain generation, survey, and history features, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
4. Strict Prohibited Conduct and Anti-Abuse Policy
You agree to use Neuorise only for its intended wellness purpose. You are strictly prohibited from exploiting, disrupting, or attacking the application. Forbidden actions include, but are not limited to:
- Hacking & Exploits: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site, system, or database, or breaching security or authentication measures.
- Denial of Service & Damage: Engaging in any activity that degrades, crashes, damages, or slows down the platform, including sending automated traffic or launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
- API Abuse & Spamming: Flooding or spamming our APIs, front-end endpoints, or third-party service hooks (e.g., Gemini or Suno integrations).
- Restricted Access: Attempting to access restricted features, server files, or database rows belonging to other users.
- Data Scraping: Using scrapers, spiders, bots, or automated extractors to harvest data or music prompts from Neuorise.
Violations of this section will result in the immediate termination of your account, a permanent IP ban, and, if necessary, legal reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies.
5. Intellectual Property
All code, logos, designs, and platform architecture belong exclusively to Neuorise (subject to the open-source GPL-3.0 license terms where applicable). Prompts and music generated are facilitated through third-party APIs (Gemini and Suno). Your right to download, stream, or utilize the music generated on this platform is subject to compliance with these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Neuorise is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Neuorise, its creators, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime, data loss, API failures from providers (like Suno or OpenAI/Google), or the therapeutic efficacy of the generated music.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of major changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
